Serabi dan kuah (Apam)

Bahan serabi :

2 cangkir tepung terigu

1 butir telur

2 ½  cangkir air

 

Cara membuat:

  1. campurkan semua bahan.
  2. dibakar diatas cetakan serabi.

 

Bahan kuah:

Santan

Gula merah

Garam secukupnya

Daun pandan

 

Cara Membuat:

Masak semua bahan diatas sampai kental.

    waduh,singkat banget ya cara bikinnya….jadi pengen nyoba nich…..soalnya dijepang gak ada serabi sih…
